This is an entry level skin contact, so we have included it in both 'Rosé' & 'Orange' categories. If you are into skin contact wines, you will smash it. If you are not so familiar, this will be a shared sipper. But why not try something new? 

A rosé made up of Merlot & Shiraz from Willyabrup, a touch of skin contact, then pressed straight to tank for ferment.

No additives, finings nor filtration to bottle. Only minimal sulphur.
